Mobile game sales rose 35% year-on-year to W475.2bn. By product, Lineage W W223.6bn, Lineage M 141.2 billion won, Lineage 2M 96.2 billion won, and Blade & Soul 2 14.2 billion won.
PC online game sales were estimated at W25.7bn, Lineage 22.6 billion won, Aion 14.2 billion won, Blade & Soul 61 billion won, and Guild Wars 227.2 billion won. The Guild War 2, which was released in February this year, reflects the third expansion pack sales and increased 70% year-on-year, achieving growth compared to the same period last year.
NCsoft emphasized that mobile games such as Lineage W, which are in the downward stabilization phase, are likely to rebound through future updates.
