DioField Chronicle Demo - Does progress save?

DioField Chronicle is a unique strategy RPG from Square Enix. It follows a group of mercenaries called the Blue Foxes who become involved in a war. The game is scheduled to release on September 22, 2022, but Square Enix is releasing a demo on August 10, 2022 in advance. This might make you wonder if the progress from The DioField Chronicle demo will still be there.
